Mirage Armor Penetration Question

So I am stupid and didn't notice her Passive ability granting her 20% to armor penetration, and in her info screen I see she's got AP of 80. Is this a base stat, further increased by passive, or is this already applied? because if it's the former, using spiked shoulder makes no sense since she would have AP of 96, so she could use this slot for dark hand or her glamour knuckles.
