First of all please don't ban me from the sub. I'm posting because I'm thinking yall might have good answers for this.
I'm a male in my late 20s. Everything is good, everything is great. I'm in a great relationship. But I just cant stop feeling like I'm too nice all the time. Like I'm trying to accomodate everyone and thier feelings. And I get worried sick most of the times even for the smallest thing. I've had major psychological childhood trauma from one of parents. And I grew up most of the times with my mom. So most of her qualities are transfered into me I guess. I kind of almost feel like submissive, which I hate being. This I think because the other parent day to day made us submit by terrorizing the household.
I know its gonna take a while to learn, but I wanna learn how to be dominant. Be more masculine, take charge of my life, decisions relationships and live my life without caring what anyone say or do. Any of your advices are most welcome. Thank you!
PS: I used to eat really bad food and not workout at all. I'm starting to change that and started hitting the gym again. I plan to do boxing training or some sort of martial arts once I build a baseline strength level.
