6'2", Cut down from ~210lb to ~185lbs over ~3.5 months. Goals: 1) Hit 2-3-4 plates on BP-SQ-DL 2) Reach ~10% body-fat. *CONFLICT*: Legs & hips are too fatty, but I *know* chest, arms, and core could stand to gain significant mass/definition. Please offer some wisdom, ideally w/ supporting articles!
