Need to cut - not sure where to start

6ā2ā - 210 lbs or so - 37 years old
Been lifting consistently for 6 months again. Seeing strength gains and muscle growth but my body fat is still up there, and I hold a lot of fat in my chest. Thinking I would try to maintain 85% of the 1 lb / 1 g protein and try to cut out a lot of carbs and fat otherwise. I know Iām going to struggle some energy wise but Iām tired of being fat. Just looking for some advice.
