Guys I know I’ve been sending the same pics and the same subjects but I’m almost in 1 year lifting journey and until now I’m suffering with my diet BULKING OR CUT. I have coach online and he told me go for cut and he’s trusting (inbody) results which I did and it was 22� I’m 173/70/25. So I want to do an end for this subject BULK OR CUT and for how long should I go? And should I continue with this coach or no 😔

Looks like you have a pretty significant APT. Fixing your posture would make your core look 100x better. At least that’s what it looks like in pic 1.
