Is it finally time to bulk or should I keep cutting a bit more? Currently 5โ€™8 and 170 lbs. Any recommendations for areas I should focus on?

Im down 50 lbs over the past year and a half. Donโ€™t really lift that much. Maybe once a week. Most of my caloric burn comes from manually unloading a 53โ€™ trailer every day by myself. Itโ€™s the best paid workout Iโ€™ve ever had haha. Iโ€™m ready to start taking lifting more seriously now and donโ€™t really know where I should focus to begin with. And advice would be greatly appreciated.
