First 2 photos is peak cut when I’m pumped 3 photo is peak cut no pump
Next 3 photos is current after 3 months of dirty bulk
Last pic is my goal
After my cut I felt very small when not pumped, it might be because I’m doing callisthenics and not lifting weights?
Now when I’m bulking I fell like I’m gaining mostly fat and not muscles because I have hard time to keep my diet clean
I don’t really know what to do from here I’m 92 kg 180 cm, my goal was 95 kg but I feel like I’m doing something wrong
Currently I’m still doing callisthenics but added some weights exercises for the chest because I find it hard to grow the chest with only callisthenics
So like I said after my cut I felt very small and wasn’t happy about that, I don’t know how to go on from here
