Same diet I’m on right now for bulking (high protein, lots of whey, white meat, yogurt, red lentil pasta, nuts, eggs) but 1100 calories less (3900-4000 calorie bulk to 2700-2800 calorie cut, estimated maintain is around 3300-3500, planning for a 8-12 week cut (I’ll see where I’m at with 8 weeks and then continue to 12 if I need to). I do PPL 6 days a week and a good amount of cardio daily so I’ll keep the exact same workout routine just adjust the calories

Original plan is to start the cut in 3 weeks (have been bulking for almost 6 months now) but now I’m not sure if I should keep bulking or not, I don’t think I’m at low bf% I think I just have good lighting here, my estimate is anywhere between 15-18%. Goal is aesthetics, the size is great but I’d like to keep relatively lean (not competition levels or anything, 10% would be the lowest I’d ever go), enough to look good on the beach. The question is whether or not it’s worth it to cut with the given timeframe
