Not sure what my Bf% is (any input would be appreciated). Was 200lbs 11 weeks ago when I decided to finally go on a cut after years of weight training.
Initially thought I'll be shredded after losing 8lbs but clearly underestimated how much fat I was holding. I'm down 14lbs and but in two minds of I should continue on cut for another 6-8 weeks and whether it will make much difference to my appearance as I don't think I look much different now to when I started.
