Hey its me again lol So i started my bulk about 2 months ago during the first month on the scale i was going up to fast (started at 163 at that point went up to 168) i liked how my body was responding besides losing the abbs so kept rolling now ive slowed on the scale (currently 169) but now i hate how my hard work has all left no more definition and belly starting to poke again at this point should i just cut back down ? Slow down or just trust the process ? Im 31 years old 5”10 started the gym a year ago obese( 223)
