I've been on a weightloss and fitness journey for the last year. Insert story about 7 year relationship breakup and a frantic need to get back on the market.
First photo is at about 230 second is at 175.
I'm really proud of my progress over the last 1.5 years. I started significantly eating less about a year ago and walked 5 miles per day. In November I started lifting. I've been getting more and more regular and now am lifting 5 days a week. (2push, 2pull, 1 legs). I only lift at home and have a set of adjustable dumbbells. I like my fitness routine I've been doing but I need more guidance.
For diet I'm eating about 2000 calories a day with a goal protien of 150g.
What should I do for the last few weeks of spring? I want to get down to 15% and then try to build from there.
I'm super interested in y'all's critique!
Thanks,
