Issues with the Grab Bag trophy

Just finished the game, and my goodness it was amazing. However, I was aiming for platinum and ran into a snag. The Grab Bag trophy is the one I'm missing.
The problem is, the snackpods aren't responding. Are they supposed to be a one time thing or is it just a bug...snax...a game bug?
Besides that, wow I really enjoyed this game.
