Any good places near the Outer Harbor where I can get drinks and eat?

So, I'm from Geneva... I haven't been to Buffalo much, admittedly. I'm going to a concert next weekend at the Outer Harbor... are there any places near there (the closer by the better) where I can get some drinks and food before the concert? Bars that serve good food are always a plus.
