It was released yesterday that Governor Cuomo is looking to provide broadband access to the entire state with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps. Considering one of our favorite things to do on this subreddit is complain about broadband speed and service (me included!) who knows how this will affect Buffalo? In what way will this announcement begin to take form here?
