Safe to be driving?

Post Body

I have a Toyota Corolla and live about 10 minutes south of Delaware park, this is my first winter driving in the snow and I have not gone out since the advisories. I know they’re lifted now but I was wondering if this is considered safe road conditions for driving locally or only in urgent need type of situation? I have seen people driving by and was really hoping to go to an event tonight but of course don’t want to be irresponsible about it. Thanks!

For the first time ever, yesterday I saw someone pulled over for this. He only cleared his drivers side window and directly in front of him on the windshield. Idiot.

The 90 and 190 were perfectly clear this morning. Residential streets will be hit or miss but once you're on main roads you'll be okay. Just remember to keep a little more distance from the car in front of you.
