They lied to me about my rear brakes when I had my previous car (a wrx) inspected there. The manager dude held out his fingers and pinched them together like 🤏 and said they're "thiiiiis close".
I said thanks, bought brakes online to do them myself and discovered my brakes were just fine, had plenty of life left.
I only go to tringali's now.
