Going to be looking for a new car soon. Wondering what are the best and worst dealerships in the area.
When I was a teenager I bought a car from them. The car had 2 catalytic converters and both failed within days of driving off the lot. At the time I was naive and thought they fixed it out of the goodness of their heart, but looking back now a decade later...
they wouldn't give my keys back to me until I had to really insist I wanted my keys back
I would have called the police, or started to at least. That's terrifying.

I used to have a subaru and had it inspected at northtown the year after buying it. The manager came out to give me the inspection run-down and said "your rear brakes are thiiiiiis close 🤏, we should change those for you before winter"
I was just like "okay, thanks" and left. Bought some brakes for my dad to put on for me and when he took the wheel off, he discovered the brakes were practically new. So they lied to me :)
