I currently have the Infinity R10 in my home theater and came across this deal for the PB-1000 for $500.

Is this a good deal and will pairing it with R10 cause odd sounding scenario?

I do have some reservations paying so much money for a discontinued item so are there any alternatives that are comparable ? My use case is for movies

At that time I purchased ( due to ignorance ) a Harman Kardon HKTS 16 5.1 Channel Home Theater Speaker System. From that system, I have the 4 ceiling speakers

I replaced the sub woofer that came with the HITB (it stopped working) with a Infinity Sub R10

There are two standing speakers Polk RT

Center Polk lsim 704c

The receiver is an Onkyo TX-NR676
