Equalizer APO help

Ive tried for years to get eq apo to work, re-download after re-download. Sometimes it works for a few weeks then breaks my audio, sometimes it just never works on download, sometimes it just ends up being a cpu killing virus. Would anyone be able to help over a discord? Rn ive got it downloaded, got the editor open, got the right audio devices, everythings turned on, stuff gets saved, nothing is happening to audio. MySatellite#5340 is disc
