Hello,
I wanted to share some of my learning further in the interesting of soliciting some feedback, and see if I am on the right path.
As I study Buddhism further, I am starting to get a feel that my previous religion had a wordly god. These wordly gods as mentioned such as Shiva, Brhaman, etc. were known back in the day. However, from what I gather, I'm thinking that even Allah is a wordly god, and in the Buddhism teachings Allah seeks blessings of Buddha.
So, how I'm framing my journey in my mind to start with is that I have finally recognized partial truth and moved up a ladder in the hierarchy of these worlds (that is, used to ask Allah for help, but now having recognized that Allah is a worldly god, sought refuge in Buddha)
Will this be accurate as per Buddhist beliefs?
