If There is No Self, What Reincarnates?

Post Body
So as I understand it, in Buddhism there is no self. When we die we are like drips of water returning to the sea. Then we reincarnate into one of the 6 realms. But if there is no self and in death your ego dies, what reincarnates? If all are one, how can people have individual karma?
I maybe way off on my understanding here, if I am please explain.
Thanks!
