Bought a heated press few months ago and about to buy some bubble bags, wondering how you guys go about preparing bud before processing? I'm just about to harvest a pretty good first-grow (see pics in other posts) and I'm not sure if I should dry and cure, half dry or just freeze and wash ASAP. Not intending on smoking any of the bud, only making concentrates/edibles (maybe some dry herb vaping if I end up dry/curing). First time growing and first time making hash rosin, thanks in advance!
Freeze then wash whenever you have time. People generally wash cured/dried bud out of necessity not preference. If you're not the grower keeping it frozen until the wash is pretty cancer but if you have the ability then yeah. Fresh Frozen/Whole Plant Fresh Frozen is The Wayâ„¢.
