Is this good for storage?

I made some fresh frozen for the first time, it dried on 25µm screen in 20°C (68°F) for 2 hours and became sticky and shiny! So I rolled it up by hand (no heat) and it came out like this! 🤩 But it is ok to just put it in a jar and store it in the fridge!? How long can it be stored like that?

One option is freezing then putting into an envelope and tapping LIGHTLY (!!!) against something cold like a frozen plate. Collect the heads then refreeze the paddy and repeat.
