New auto washer from Aether Green
The term "Green Tax" is so damn pertinent in this space lately.
I read something in passing about post-treating cart oil with ultrasonic vibes. For bud, hmmmm. I think the biggest constraint I'd see is just construction wise (not sure how large you can make this before it starts getting kinda hot) and likely only playing well with fresh frozen since it'd otherwise it'd likely pulverize the bud.
Also ultrasonic vibrations introduce heat on their own.
THAT BEING SAID. It might be worth investigating. A 15L/4Gallon cleaner clocks in at around 140 bucks on Amazon and comes with a bottom draining valve. Since these things are designed to strip industrial/human grease and other greasy substances it'd likely come at little risk to the mechanism itself.
Honestly. I really like this.

This.
"The vortex strips them" is right but the classic machine has it at the bottom due engineering constraints & space not because it does something special there.
Honestly this reminds me when I went on a D E E P dive through Reddit and the subject of rosin carts came up. 7-10 years ago the idea of making a solventless cart was pretty universally panned as wishful at best and idiotic and downright dangerous the rest of the time.
Nowadays any type of liquidizer is considered almost on the same level of unprofessional and sociopathic as increasing the weight of bud with hairspray.
You can get stuck in an erroneous mindset for a really long time if you don't question why things work the way they do.
...I wonder how hard it'd be to build a machine that essentially works like a whirlpool/jacuzzi and just agitates the mass via water jets.
