Going to the Monday night Browns V. Bengals Monday night Halloween game and hoping my fellow Browns fans can help me out since this is my first Monday night game in Cleveland.

Will the Muni Lot be open and rocking for a Monday night game? If so, does anyone know what time it opens? If not, are there any good tailgating alternatives?

Also, I am staying at an Airbnb in Lakewood. My host suggested taking the Rapid from Lakewood to downtown. I'm not at all familiar with the subway. I found the RTA site but it's confusing to me. Is anyone familiar with taking the Rapid from Lakewood to downtown and back? Which stations should I use? Does it run late enough to get back after the game or should I plan to Uber? Does it run every 15 minutes or do I need to account for a long wait? Do I get tickets when I arrive or buy in advance? I know, total noob questions, I'm just from a small town and have zero experience with this.

We hope to leave Lakewood about 4pm, grab dinner somewhere downtown and then tailgate until gametime. Would love any tips and advice.
