Routine has no off days, I follow a 30 day ab series on YoutTube, and cardio consist of a 40 minute walk every morning. Lifting I do day 1 is Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps. Day 2 is Back, Biceps and Traps. Day 3 is Forearms, Calves, and rest of legs (Hams/Quads/Glutes). A little crazy but I get two days of rest between each muscle group.
Diet is super clean, and OMAD (one meal a day).
