http://imgur.com/r1KLR73 This picture is from November 4th, 2014. I was 16, about 160 lbs. I have wrestled since 6th grade and was always ok, I wanted to take myself to the next level, so between sophomore and junior year I trained really hard. Additional lifting stats: OHP 135x3

http://imgur.com/03PoNAk This picture is from November 4th 2015. Exactly 1 year from the first picture. I trained really hard inbetween. I didn't follow a program. I would essentially I would start each workout with a compound lift. Ex: Chest day I would bench press, Leg day I would squat etc... After a heavy compound lift I would do ~20 sets of hypertrophy work. I trained very high volume and cycled my rep ranges every few weeks from 8-10 to 12-20. I tried tracking macros, but I eat what my mom makes for dinner every night so that got to be difficult. I got to know about how much food it would take for me to gain/lose weight. I started incorporating cardio about 2 months ago to build up my conditioning for wrestling. Im currently continuing to cut down to the 152 weight class for wrestling.
