ok so ive been all around reddits weightless and muscle building subs, and by far brogress stands out as the type of figure i want to obtain. however i have been having one hell of a time trying to get my shit in gear.... my biggest problem is that from my standpoint is there is a million things i need to change in order to get my self from fat to fit. i have/have been having a horrible time quitting smoking, i work so often that a ridged workout plan is hard to maintain, and their are other problems effecting my health that all stem from a lack of self control. what im looking for is just someone else who has been at rock bottom but yet still unable to confront their problems and turn the muck that is my life into someone more positive and healthy. i have come to the conclusion that i want to start a keto diet eating around 4 times a day and then to insanity to cut weight. i hope to then lift around 4 times a week. i have all these goals but cant seem to get my ass outa bed in the morning. i know exercise makes me fell much better not only physically but mentally in the fact that im doing something productive and to better my self. yet again, i stuff my face with carbs and smoke a pack for some reason thinking its gonna make me feel better. all i want it a fit body, i have had major body issues all my life and i have found im comfortable in my current state i feel getting fit would make me so much happier. i guess im rambling, anyway anyone else have a story of overcoming great odds and becoming your own hero. thats what i want. a feeling that im not the only one whos fat but has the mentality of a fit guy but cant seem to get into the plan of it.
