For context, the pictures are reverse chronological. I lifted regularly throughout my twenties and am a former college athlete. I started lifting again when I was about 31-32, but only lower body due to a shoulder injury. I just started with upper body lifting about 7 months ago. I donβt know if these are typical results (yes, all natural. I feel like itβs obvious given what I see from people on gear) but either way I feel good about my progress.
