Looking to shed a couple more pounds to be able to see my abs without flexing. I know that’s not the most important thing in the world, but I’ve never been able to do that and want to experience it at least once in my life lol.

In this order: Get divorced, develop depression, try and win her back with a new body, fall in love with the gym and start doing it for yourself instead.

Not quite. I’m pumped and flexing in the last pic with good gym lighting. I don’t have abs if I don’t flex, and I carry a good amount of weight in my waist and legs. Some of it may also be muscle memory, but I can’t say for sure. I was in the Marine Corps for over 8 years and was in shape a few times in my career, but nothing like what I am now.

Lol yeah I saw someone else on Reddit doing it and thought it was hilarious. It does make for a good picture though!

The only Ab workout I regularly do these days is hanging leg lifts, so maybe that? I’m not sure, I wish I had a better answer for you.

Step one is optional lol. You’re halfway there though, I believe in you! I became much more motivated once I started seeing progress in myself. Progress is addictive.

That’s ok, I’m on 100 mg/week of TRT so technically I’m not natty. But I feel much better mentally, so I’m ok with that!

I get what you’re saying, but my situation is mine and mine alone. This is my “Brogress” that I’m sharing and I don’t expect everyone’s journey to look similar. I had very low testosterone for a 28 year old (227 ng/dL) and was experiencing bad symptoms from that, so I sought medical help from my doctor to correct that. I also don’t believe that 5 weeks of 100 mg/week (an actual TRT dose and not a blast) is enough time to see any real muscle progression. I believe that it is making me retain more water weight at the moment, but that’s it. You’re entitled to your opinion however and I don’t judge you for thinking that!

Thank you so much, that’s one of the best compliments I’ve ever gotten.

Thank you! I get my next blood test in 5 weeks. I’m thinking my estrogen might be a little high now, so I wouldn’t be surprised if my doctor lowered my dose a little bit.
