After my previous post on this thread I received so many amazing comments from all of the awesome people on here. Much love guys. I received a lot of messages asking me to post more pictures.. So here is another! Looking back, my old self was lost, felt helpless, never had a routine for myself, etc. Now… I feel better than I ever have. I hope anyone who is on a similar weight loss journey keeps going… It is worth it. Keep going - You got this!!!
