I recently blew up my entire workout. I had been lifting for 4 years, and recently was diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). I hyper fixated on lifting, and ultimately was spending 12 s in the gym each week on a PPL split that was all isolation lifts, no compound lifts.
After learning more I found out how much volume I actually needed, and how my muscles had been hitting legitimate stalls for almost a year. I am now taking mandatory rest, and have reduced my volume greatly. Here is my back progress, front is getting there...
