So I got my tickets via email to The Outsiders show two weeks from now but it wonât let me download them. It says âthis download can not be completedâ or something like that. I still have the option to view as pdf or print them, but Iâd like to have them downloaded for convenience. Telecharge also says that youâll get the tickets within three days of the performance but thatâs obviously not the case here, but Iâm unsure if this is related. Help?
Since you bought from telecharge you wonât have an issue quickly going into the box office to have them printed. I personally get mine printed since I like the memento anyway. Youâll be in their system you just need to show ID
