Help finding a song from a Broadway show that I don’t think (?) did very well

My school gave out free tickets to a show, (Broadway, nyc) and honestly I think that’s because it was doing very poorly. I seeeeeem to remember it had bad reviews (but If I’m wrong and this is a classic please don’t be mad haha)

The ONLY thing I can remember is one phrase that has haunted me for years.

“You, you, you evvvvveeeerrrrywhere you, you, you,”

Helpful, right? This would have been about 7/8 maybe 9 years ago and the woman singing had a blue dress.

Could anyone help me find this song? It’s literally been annoying me for years. Any help would be appreciated
