I recently went to see Peter Pan Goes Wrong and it was so much fun- highly recommended if you like slapstick and silly comedy!
I just had a question about audience plants- during the bottle opening scene, the guy playing Hook was doing a lot of audience banter, and while there were a few moments that seemed genuinely extemporaneous, some others seemed like they might be from plants (especially since.. well, usually random audience members donât start shouting at the cast during a show!). Does anyone know what they usually do re audience plants and what banter is scripted, if any?
(We also had, at the part where theyâre trying to revive Tinkerbell, after the character in the wheelchair started trying to get the cast to say âwe believe in fairiesâ a little kid in the audience was the first one- before any cast- to repeat it after her, and I both assume and REALLY want to believe that that wasnât scripted but Iâm curious if it wasâŚ)
Thanks!
