Hello! Apologies if this isn't the most appropriate sub but I'm hoping that you all lovely people might be able to help me.
Years ago, when I was a kid, a family member bought tickets for a Broadway (or Broadway adjacent type?) concert thing. I clearly remember it featured the music of Stephen Schwartz and Stephen Schwartz himself was there. I was reminiscing about this the other day with family and went online to see if there was a concert recording or something like that, but the problem is, I can't remember the actual name of the concert and neither can any of my family. Obviously, googling "Stephen Schwartz concert" isn't very helpful. I even tried adding the few details I remembered into my google search but nothing looks familiar. So I'm hoping some Broadway/Schwartz aficionado is here who could maybe help me remember the name of the show (and also if there is possibly a recording of it!)
Some details of what I do remember (I was a young kid so I really only remember the Wicked-related stuff lol): - It was dedicated to the music of Stephen Schwartz and Stephen Schwartz himself was there - Kristin Chenoweth was there and performed what I think is the song "Lion Tamer" - There were other Broadway performers/stars - At the end, Stephen Schwartz played piano and sang "For Good" with Kristin Chenoweth - One of the upbeat songs (Popular? Dancing Through Life?) from Wicked was played - This would definitely be before 2014, but after 2005 probably
Sorry if this is vague, but it's been a headscratcher since the holidays. Hoping one of you can help! Thank you in advance!
