From IT Support to Broadcast Engineer
Post Body

So, I'm a station IT guy and in a great spot to move into a broadcast engineering role and have been told to wait for an offer to come through.

My background is in IT and Networking with a bit of server administration experience, and I've picked up quite a bit helping our local engineers. However, I feel like I'm limited in knowledge since I only know our little ecosystem.

I suppose my question would be; Is there a good public or free resource that would help me understand different workflows and equipment stacks that other stations are doing?

For reference we are also on ATSC3.0 and in a middle market
