In early 2008 Britney literally got strapped on a gurney to be hospitalized with her mental health being checked and her label really felt like this was the time to continue to release a third single but no not only that but to go out of their way to animate a music video for it during her darkest hour. I witnessed this back then and even I thought this was F’d up on how greedy they were for another single at that time. How was this album not scrapped from promotion at that time? I think I even read how they were trying to release Radar during the summer of that year like yeah, perfect time to do that.
