Might need to cancel a flight next week, but only if I can get a refund. Managing the booking, if I click cancel I get this screen, which doesnt tell me a lot. My fear is that if I click continue then thats it, done. Or is there a 'This will cost you X' screen beyond this before final confirmation that I want to cancel?
You can click through! I did the same when it was within 24 hours of booking and wasn't sure if it would be free online, or whether I'd have to call.
It takes you to a screen which confirms your refund amount, and then you click again to cancel.
