Does BA ever leave on time?

LHR - BOS flight currently delayed at least an hour for "routine" engine testing on a plane that has been sitting on the ground all day long. We were delayed coming from Boston nearly 4 hours... Sitting here in C-gates and every single flight here is a couple of hours delayed. WTF? Why even bother with times?
