How long have you waited to hear from Customer Relations?

Long story short, I’m awaiting an expense claim to be processed after a flight was cancelled and I flew the next day. I have the claim number, I received the automated ‘taking longer than usual’ email but even they’ve stopped being generated now. I’ve also check my spam. Raised on the 12/06/23. Anyone had any experience? Is nearly three months normal, any suggestions on seeking an update outside of ‘adding to the claim’?
