UK has took in 90% more immigrants than last year, isn't that the opposite of what the tory people want?
Post Body
There were 3,057,654 visas granted in the year ending March 2023,
90% higher than the year ending March 2022.4 Sept 2023 (1,449,071)
So uk is taking in more immigrants than ever, which as far as i know, is the opposite of what the tory and conservatives of uk want; so im curious why so many tories/conservatives still vote for the same party that does the opposite of what they want?

Where do you find statistics like how many visas were granted in a certain year?
