In light of Hungarian aggression, their violation of the treaty of Trianon and the Italian intervention in the Hungarian-Romanian War, Czechoslovakia has found itself on the border of one of the largest European conflict since the end of the Great War. Not wanting a hostile nation on its border with a large and capable army Czechoslovakia has decided to issue an ultimatum to Hungary that, if they fail to comply with, will mean a state of war shall exist between the two countries.

Hungary must comply with the following terms:

1. The Hungarian army must be immediately reduced to the size agreed in the Treaty of Trianon

2. All paramilitary groups must be disbanded and disarmed under the oversight of French, British or Czech observers

3. The Hungarian Government take full responsibility for starting the war and all loss of life

4. Hungary's Italian allies stand down alongside them

5. All revivalists in the Hungarian government shall immediately resign and be placed on trial for crimes against the Hungarian people and war crimes against Romanian soldiers.
