Three missives shall be delivered to the government of the Kingdom of Egypt and Sudan, one to be delivered to His Royal Majesty King Faud I, one to His Excellency Prime Minister Mohamed Mahmoud Pasha, and one to His Excellency Sir George Lloyd 1st Baron Lloyd. The first two missives shall be largely the same, reading as such:

To the Honorable government of His Majesty, King Faud I, King of Egypt and Sudan

I, on behalf of His Royal Majesty, King Victor Emmanuel III of the Kingdom of Italy, have contacted you today on a matter of particular import. We are sure that Your Royal Majesty and Your government are aware of the current conflict to your west in our colonies of Tripolitania, Cyrenacia, and Fezzen, We are happy to report that said conflict is entering it's final stages. However, we have yet to apprehend the villain that began this conflict, the former Emir of Cyrenacia Idris Senussi, who violated the Al-Rajma Accord by attempting to annex the Republic of Triplolitania before fleeing before he could be brought to justice. It would seem, both from the reports of his followers that we have captured, and the stream of resources and manpower from across our mutual border, that he has hidden himself within your glorious Kingdom. The Kingdom of Italy would be most grateful if the Egyptian authorities apprehend this heinous criminal, and hand him over to Italian authorities for his righteous judgement.

To the representative of His Royal Majesty's government in Egypt

On behalf of the Kingdom of Italy, I am contacting you to ask that you do your utmost to ensure the King of Egypt is sincere in his efforts to apprehend the criminal Idris, if the European powers are seen as complacent in allowing our African protectorates to undermine us, it would set a dangerous precedent.
