Elder Penguin:I hath had intentions to announce out event coord, but he had couthith and distuptith our meeint, and both of our scribes Sky and Sid hath be in attendence today. Please excuseth thyselves from being obnoxious throughout the course of the meeting for it becomes hard to keep track of the events going on. Later on I shalt allow any persons to come up to speakith, but for now , I ask all to keep questions hidden by raising thy hand, and keeping thyself occupied until asked for inquiries. Our first topic of the meeting shalt now be discussed. Our lords hath announced the shop of cards upcoming in the nearby future for they requested art for each card on thou letterpress. Elder Penguin:Yes please, so uh hi. I'll talk normally for now mostly because talking the others way took a really long time. Uh, I don't really know how to say this...but I've really enjoyed being on the council for as long as I have. Like uh 5 terms? I don't even know off the top of my head

Elder Penguin:lol thanks. though I can definitely say there's been ups and downs. Like serious up and downs. Like going from serious emotional times to times we'd derp around all day and watching the cycle. Continue while our district kept moving forward. I may only be leaving for a term, or I may not return to the council as honestly I haven't decided, but in case I never got the chance for a moment like this again, I wanted to say...thank you. Literally all of you.

Elder Penguin:Every single one of you has helped me develop as a person and help shape who I am. [In reference to Kelp] Aw guys stop I got more to say. Through the good times and the bad you've shown me the light in some way or another.

<Captain is speechless>

Elder Penguin:You've helped me learn more about people, communities, and myself most of all. You've all cheered me up when I was down, or even been the reason why I'm not feeling too well, and I totally understand both because its just what happens but before I finish I want to say thank you to the council those who have been there with me through a lot. Know what its like going through the cycle of activities and stuff. I just want you guys to know that you're like a family to me, and I know I can tell you guys anything and you'll be accepting and help if needed, and I am glad that you guys didn't let me screw stuff up too bad. If I was give advise to this council it'd be this: Don't take everything too seriously cause if you do, you loose the fun of everything. Which is literally, no fun so sorry if I got a little rantly, but I just wanted to let you all know how much you mean to me as a community and as people. <heart>
