Elder Pingu: Since I was the middleman of that conversation. Erm well. Nib told me he was making a banner to stop the "drama" it had caused, and so I told him Block was planning on changing it a lot. Like he used to but he was gonna go through the contest submissions first, So I told him not to work too much on it since he had told me he was gonna stay up to finish it. Because there was no way to guarantee when it would be used. That’s all that happened pretty much.
