You can be nominated for Elder Scribe Backup Scribe, and Event Organizer. You will need to nominated by somebody in Brickton. If you want to run you have to accept the nomination yourself. Voted will only count if you are registered on the census. Nomination will end and wed 7 p.m. EST. Voting will start Friday 5 pm est. and will ended at sat 5 pm EST. If you have any questions ask penguinluvR428 or any other members of the council. Next topic the Templars

Elder Penguin:The council has received complaints about the Templars. As a whole they've been blamed, but we're aware that only key figures are the ones creating the issues. We want to make known to our district and the rest of Dang Donk. That the council has not given approval to this "Templar" group, and will not give their support unless they come and speak to us. We've tried talking to them to lead them in the right direction as a whole and will continue to do so, but our efforts have been in vain so far because they have not heeded our advice. Does anyone have any comments on this? Yes, sid?

Sid:You already kind of mentioned it, but I just want to say, a lot of districts see them as the Brickton Templars. We should all stress to our other district neighbors that they are not representative of Brickton.

Elder Penguin:Yes that is true. They do not represent our district.

Elder Penguin:We don't want to blame the whole group. As easy as that is it's not the whole thing, it's a loud minority, and the leading figures in charge. I would like to repeat what Elder Pikku said, If they do start forcing RP That you dont want to participate in Or start harming your mental being Please send in a ticket and report them. Because as much as I dont want to stop their RP. It's not okay for them to come in and ruin everyone elses fun. Does anyone else have anything they would like to add? blue?

Blue:based of bricktons history with military like groups has there been any consideration outlawing them in district?

Elder Penguin:Well the issue with that would be ooc: going to be going in and out of rp so hold on It would limit everyone’s ability to RP. If someone wanted to form say a militia they wouldnt be technically allowed to. We've come up with a slight solution though, if a group like this doesnt talk to the council prior or during forming, they will not be recognized nor given the support of the council. I mean in all honestly we cant control what these groups do, but the council will be supporting groups that keep in contact with the council and therefore. I will pronounce that groups the council supports are groups like the BPD run by constable Sky. Are there any other comments? No? We good? Cool Elder Inherior please take the stand.
