Elder Madiso: Oh cool! Thank you all for your announcements. Now, we have guests here from the Cloud Kingdom. They have something to talk about, so welcome Cole and Wooper!

<Mixture of disapproval and praise from the crowd>

Cloud Rep. Cole: Uh, how do we both fit here? [Referring to fitting on the podium]

Applesauce: Kill Cole that would work

Palamo: Combine into one angry cloud person

Cloud Rep. Wooper: Now then we come to you today discussing the proposed Constitution that was announced at the last World Council meeting. The Constitution that would suggest a Senate, a centralized form of government that would have representatives from each district handling specific city-wide problems as the current Cross-District meetings function, they don't...well, accomplish much of anything. The goal of the Senate is to give it power. It's to press for organization. For instance, laws that one district will discuss and cover, and then the others follow suit. Such as how Swammies are handled, or slavery.

<Heckling from the crowd>

Elder Madiso: Please let the people talk <frowns>

Cloud Rep. Wooper: Our goal here is to answer any and all questions you have regarding the Senate. We would press you to read the Constitution in full beforehand. Lucretia?

Lucretia: will the lords permit such a body?

Cloud Rep. Wooper: It is clearly stated that the Lords are in full control, and their infallibility is acknowledged.

Sid: I press you go back to the cloud.

Elder Madiso: Sid, please <frowns>

Cloud Rep. Wooper: I could ask if the Councils are permitted. There are certain Councils that are not recognized

Lucretia: they also don't do much.

Cloud Rep. Wooper: True. In essence, the Senate is a push toward ACTUAL cooperation between Districts. As currently, elitism is a massive problem, and for all the comments about how we need to cooperate, it’s never acted upon. The Lords are infallible, and their actions are not to be questioned. Schacher, you had a question?

Schacherl: I wish I had a question

Cloud Rep. Wooper: Then why did you raise your hand?

Schacherl: did I?

Cloud Rep. Wooper: Yes.

Schacherl: maybe I did have one

Cloud Rep. Wooper: Sky?

[Asked Several minutes after lowering my hand]

Cloud Rep. Wooper: Flutter?

Flutter: If elitism is a problem as you say it is, wouldn’t this just move the elitism from district wide to server wide

Cloud Rep. Wooper: It already is server-wide this is to force cooperation. to force districts to manage and work together more on a political level. Joining the Senate is not mandatory.

<The crowd won’t take it>

Cloud Rep. Wooper: This is to bring elitism DOWN. This is to bring districts together, to cooperate. Science?

Science: I for one am in favor of more cross district integration, but the execution needs to be there some districts don’t have elders like Main Street. How will they elect reps?

Cloud Rep. Wooper: As it says in the Constitution, individual districts appoint their Senators on their own terms.

Science: I see, that sounds like a good system

Cloud Rep. Wooper: Penguin?

Elder Penguin: Doesn't this create another elitist group within itself?

Cloud Rep. Wooper: Doesn’t it give the Cross-District a proper purpose? Instead of talking, and accomplishing nothing

Elder Penguin: Not really, could you answer my question though

Cloud Rep. Wooper: Having any individual in a position of power can be seen as elitism.

Elder Penguin: So to try and erase elitism you're going to create more?

Cloud Rep. Cole: Okay, okay. It's obvious you guys aren't in favor of this. We will be leaving.

Cloud Rep. Wooper: We thank you for your time.

<Several members of the audience cry conspiracy>

Cloud Rep. Cole: Thank you all for being so polite, cooperative, and understanding.

<Cloud Reps. Booed of the stage by Palamo>

Elder Madiso: Thank you Cole. Okay, Q&A Time Sorry that this meeting is so long. We will accept only a couple so we can let you guys go on your day Palmomo?

Palamo: Why is Mainstreet so much better than Brickton? [Citation Needed]

Elder Madiso: Wait. This questions seems familiar

Palamo: umm, not at all, 0 not

Elder Madiso: Sand?

Sandskiff: Is it DvZ after meeting still?

Elder Madiso: Up to you all, Mini?

Minimac: Would you guys be interested in a Maids cafe party or something to earn money for the Hospital?

Elder Madiso: I like that idea, Mini. Can we all dress in maid outfits?

Minimac: I could ask after this

Elder Madiso: Okay, Mini. Sounds like a good idea

Minimac: Ok then see yah!

Rex Kurt: How long is the terms going to be extend for or is that to be discussed still?

Elder Madiso: I will say it should be discussed soon

<Sand receives a nasty message from a certain cloud rep>s

Elder Madiso: Hopefully there is a vote this week or next. Bob?

Bob: what?

Elder Madiso: Hi

Bob: I am so confused. wtf

Elder Madiso: Uh, I thought you had a question. If you didn't I called on you to say happy birthday. Okay, Flutter?

Flutter: ignore my question, it was rude

Elder Madiso: K, Melissa?

Melissa Stella: What are we going to do about WS next door seeing they have a tank pointed at us?

Elder Madiso: Wait what. I guess the only thing I can say really is we follow our Lord whatever he decides to do, we follow it

<Audience panics again because of information given by several people operating in the West shire area.>

Elder Madiso: So if he ignores WS, we ignore WS, but thank you for your concern! Okay, I will say that that is a good stopping point. Before I end the meeting though. I want to say something. Please be respectful to other districts, and other people from those districts.They may not have the same views as us, but we have to be respectful. Okay. Remember to congrizzle Jeff on the way out, and see you all around Brickton!
