Help with Bricklink

I don’t know if anyone can help but I think I may be fucked.

I sell on Bricklink and had over 1,800 lots listed. I also sell on Brickowl but get orders rarely. I’ve been using Bricksync to link the two for almost 18 months with no issue. For some reason, it removed 1,400 of my lots in a recent transfer.

Does anyone have experience with this type of software? I’d be willing to pay something as well. This is a ton of hours gone down the drain otherwise.

I have the logs but I don’t know how to recover the data.
