Does titanic hydra apply passive bleed/heal stacks to targets hot with aoe?

I was thinking about this earlier while at work, can anyone test this? It seems like it would be a pretty good reason to go hydra items, especially titanic considering how large the aoe is, hitting one or two extra targets could triple your healing.
